| Also, did you reinstall your check valve in the right direction? Just asking. But it does sound like you are not necessarily having fluid loss, but some type of pressure loss or pressure instability. I am assuming you blend the hell out of the system as well?? Did you use a gravity bleed or just did them one by one when you did you rebuild of the calipers? A BMC usually won't go bad without symptoms. The most common is to see fluid leaking from the wall assembly on the inside of the interior, under the carpet. Wipe down the metal under the BMC in the engine bay with your fingers and look for fluid. Sorry to ask so many questions but need a bit more info.
